The Apartment
Located on the ground floor of one of the premier apartment buildings in Los Cristianos.
It has two good sized bedrooms, 1 shower room, large fully functional kitchen, large living room and great sized patio area with dining facilities.

Just 80m from the beach and 200m from the town center makes this apartment perfect for easy access to all the local amenities within minutes
The apartment block is a quiet complex with a mix of residential, and mostly owner's accommodation, making this site a quiet and relaxed area certainly not a party environment..
The block has one of the best pool in the area, boasting 20m x 12m in size and heated all year round to an approximate 28°C making it perfect for exercise or relaxing.
There are two separate areas for sunbathing around the pool.
Direct access from the pool terrace to the promenade below with the beach opposite.
The area
